Also known as hydroxyl-free sodium acetate, appears as white or light yellow granules or powder. It is easily soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol, and insoluble in ether.

Oral product use Application
1. Used as water reducing agent and retardant in the construction industry. Adding a certain amount of sodium gluconate to cement can increase the plasticity and strength of concrete. Once it has a blocking effect, it delays the initial and final setting time of concrete.
2. Used as a highly efficient chelating agent in the textile printing and dyeing industry.
3. Use as a special cleaning agent for glass bottles.
