Audited Supplier Tributyl phosphate, an organic compound with the formula C12H27O4P or (C4H9)3PO4, is a colorless, almost odorless liquid. Mainly used as a solvent, but also often as nitrocellulose, cellulose acetate, chlorinated rubber and polyvinyl chloride plasticizer, rare metal extractant, etc., heat exchange medium. Due to its low surface tension, slightly soluble in water, it can be used as an industrial defoamer, effectively making the formed foam film in an unstable state and quickly defoaming. Use
Use 1: Used as a solvent for gas chromatography fixing solution, nitrocellulose and ethyl cellulose, plasticizer, rare earth metal separation agent and organic synthesis intermediate.
Use 2: It has good inhibition effect on acrylates, methacrylate, styrene, butadiene, and its inhibition performance is better than that of phenols.
Use 3: Used as extractant of metal complexes, plasticizer of cellulose nitrate, cellulose acetate, chlorinated rubber and polyvinyl chloride, solvent of coatings, inks and adhesives.
Use four: used as cellulose nitrate, cellulose acetate, chlorinated rubber and polyvinyl chloride main plasticizer, also commonly used as paint, adhesive and ink solvent, defoamer, antistatic agent, rare earth element extraction agent. The LD50 of rats is 3000mg/kg.
Application 5: Nitrocellulose and cellulose acetate solvent, defoamer, heat exchange medium, plasticizer, extractant. Cobalt, iridium, manganese, molybdenum, palladium, rhodium, nickel, uranium and tungsten were extracted from gas chromatography fixed solution (maximum operating temperature 120ºC, solvent was ether), and molybdenum was determined by colorimetry.
